Services

Elevate IT Solutions provides IT consultation, branding design, website and e-commerce development, and data visualisation services. Any service quoted per project is confirmed in a written quotation before work starts.

Bookings and payment

Consultations and design packages purchased online are paid in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable taxes stated at checkout.

For quoted projects, payment terms are set out in the quotation. Work begins once the quotation is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Consultation sessions

When booking a consultation, you may select a preferred date. We will confirm the exact time with you by WhatsApp or email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Client responsibilities

You agree to supply the content, brand assets, access credentials and feedback we need to complete the work, and to confirm that any material you provide is yours to use.

Revisions and ownership

The number of revisions included is stated in each package or quotation. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once the service has been paid for in full. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
