Refund Policy

Consultation sessions

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your confirmed session and you can move it to a new date at no cost or receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

Design packages

A full refund is available if you cancel before design work has begun. Once initial concepts have been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable because the work is custom-made for you — the included revisions are there to get the result right.

Website, e-commerce and data projects

Quoted projects follow the refund terms set out in the signed quotation. Deposits cover work already scheduled and completed and are generally non-refundable, while amounts paid for work not yet started will be refunded on cancellation.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number and a short description of the issue by email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds within seven business days, back to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
